- Enquire through website, emails, social media and phone calls.
- Share the designs, style sheets or directly email the details to us.
- We allocate our representative to discuss further with you.
- Depending on your preferences, we submit the quotation.
- Upon quotation approval, provide us the original samples or the sketches/photo images of the designs to be developed.
- We start sourcing materials, fabric printing, machine/hand embroideries, trims and other embellishments.
- For the first timers, we can assist to create your brand logos, labels and hang tags too.
- Once basics are finalised, we create pattern and start sampling followed by pre production sampling.
- Upon receiving the final approval on pre production sample, purchase order and advance payment we then start the final manufacturing process.
- Depending on the nature of the product, the estimated time for final production will be shared with you in advance.
- After a rigorous quality check process, we carefully package the products and ship it to you.
- We make sure that the final QC process takes place right before packing the shipment to weed out any problems.
- We help you deliver your products at your door steps.
- Once your products have been shipped, we will send you the confirmation and tracking numbers of the shipment.
- Alterations of a standard size product to a tailored look (depending on location).
- Repeating a small quantity order in a specific colour/design for your most selling item.
- Top-up quantity in particular sizes of recently completed order which may run out of stock due to demand.
